Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DueDock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
License
DueDock is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis for use on Apple iOS
devices that you own or control.
Permitted Uses
You may use DueDock for personal, non-commercial purposes to:
- Track personal bills and income
- Manage personal financial planning
- Store personal payment history
- Use premium features if purchased
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Distribute, sell, or transfer copies of the App
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
Premium Features and Subscriptions
Free Tier
- Core bill management features are provided free of charge
- No credit card required for free features
- All data stored locally on your device
Premium Features
- Optional premium features require payment
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Prices are clearly displayed before purchase
Subscription Terms
- Monthly: $1.99 per month, auto-renewing
- Annual: $14.99 per year, auto-renewing
- Lifetime: $24.99 one-time purchase
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel subscriptions anytime through App Store settings
- Refunds handled according to Apple's App Store policies
- No refunds for lifetime purchases after 14 days
Privacy and Data
- Your financial data is stored locally on your device
- No data is transmitted to external servers
- We do not collect, store, or share personal information

Intellectual Property
DueDock and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Marty Ashfield and protected by copyright,
trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DueDock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the
app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Marty Ashfield be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from your use of DueDock.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to DueDock at any time, with or without cause, without notice.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the app and on our GitHub
repository.
