DueDock Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DueDock ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
License
DueDock is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis for use on Apple iOS
devices that you own or control.
Permitted Uses
You may use DueDock for personal, non-commercial purposes to:
- Track personal bills
- Manage personal financial planning
- Store personal payment history
- Use premium features if purchased
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Distribute, sell, or transfer copies of the App
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
Premium Features and Subscriptions
Free Tier
- Core bill management features are provided free of charge
- No credit card required for free features
- All data stored locally on your device
Premium Features
Premium unlocks the following features:
- Unlimited bills, accounts, and savings goals
- iCloud Sync & Partner Collaboration
- Bill Tagging & Filtering
- Bill Scanner (camera-based data entry)
- Scheduled Installments
- Payment History & Proof
- Debt Mode
- Pre-Authorized Alerts
- Backup & Export
- Privacy Lock
- Priority Support
Optional premium features require payment. Prices are clearly displayed before purchase.
Subscription Terms
- Monthly: Auto-renewing monthly subscription
- Annual: Auto-renewing yearly subscription
- Lifetime: One-time purchase, no recurring charges
Exact prices are displayed in the App Store in your local currency before purchase.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel subscriptions anytime through App Store settings
- Refunds handled according to Apple's App Store policies
- No refunds for lifetime purchases after 14 days
Privacy and Data
- Your financial data is stored locally on your device
- When iCloud Sync or Partner Collaboration is enabled, data is transmitted exclusively through Apple's encrypted CloudKit infrastructure — never through our servers
- When these features are disabled, no data leaves your device
- We do not collect, store, or share personal information

Partner Collaboration
DueDock offers an optional Partner Collaboration feature (Premium) that allows you to share your financial dashboard with other users (your "partners").
- You control who you invite. Collaboration is entirely opt-in.
- Your partner will be able to view and interact with your shared financial data (bills, incomes, accounts) through their own DueDock app.
- Data sharing occurs exclusively through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. Neither party's data is routed through or stored on our servers.
- You may revoke a partner's access at any time from within the app.
- You are responsible for choosing a trusted partner. We are not liable for any consequences arising from shared access.
Intellectual Property
DueDock and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Marty Ashfield and protected by copyright,
trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DueDock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the
app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Marty Ashfield be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from your use of DueDock.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to DueDock at any time, with or without cause, without notice.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the app and on our GitHub
repository.
